Here's how it works
First prime the tray edges white and when dry paint them red and yellow.
Drill four holes for fixing the foam plates as well as 8 more holes for threading the satin ribbons into the base plate. Thread the satin tapes diagonally.
Cut the foam to fit the inner surface of the trays. Place Decoration fabric on the cut foam and stick-Ribbon on the backside with tape, folding the corners neatly. Then fit the covered foam mats into the trays so that the satin tapes are between the tray and the foam plate.
Use the tip of the scissors to pierce the four middle holes through the foam and fabric from the back, push the sample bag clips through from the front, pull a little tight and bend them open at the back.
Finally connect the pulled through ribbons diagonally with bows, glue single daisies on the fabric and bows with a hot glue dot.
