With this
table lamp in country house style , the natural coloured fabric forms the basis for this decoration. The
large-format flowers combined with the fine tendrils and the rustic Jute are thus optimally shown to advantage. As a special feature you can
decorate the lamp with a
metal butterfly.
And it is as simple as that:- Cut the fabric roughly to the circumference of the lampshade.
- Apply the Effect Glue to the Lampshade and lay the fabric on top.
- Cut off the excess material.
- When the glue is dry, stamp the squiggles on.
- Cut the designs from Straw silk paper and fix them on the fabric with Napkin varnish .
- Prime the metal in white, let it dry and then stick the butterfly motif onto the fabric with Napkin varnish .
- Cut it out and emboss the outline from the front and then emboss the areas on the mat from the back.
- Fix the tape-Ribbon to the lower edge and double to the upper edge of the shade and use it to attach the Jute-Cord and the Satin ribbon.
- Now decorate the lamp with the butterfly, which you bend together slightly in the middle and also fix it with tape-Ribbon .
