After the paint has dried well spray the back of the stencils with some adhesive spray, position them on the stretcher. Put some light blue paint on a dry stippling brush, stipple it on the motifs of the stencil.
Once the motif stencil is removed and cleaned, the paint dried, stencil a second layer of silver paint. This only gives your "sea world" that certain something.
