Then cut out the individual pieces from Felt and glue them together using hot glue

Then place the beard and glue it on. Then place the nose on the beard and above it the red cap. For decoration you can then glue the stars onto the cap.
Extra tip: You can make the gnomes in two different sizes. You can decide which size you like best or you can place a big and a small gnome together - so you have a funny pair of gnomes.
