Classic Napkin technique for the summer
With the classic Napkin technique often the most beautiful decorations succeed.
The wooden surface of the wall thermometer is first primed with white Handicraft paint While the paint is drying the Napkin "Summertime" cut to size and freed from the lower paper layers. With Napkin varnish the printed top layer of Napkin is glued flat on the thermometer. Attention: It is not enough for the whole surface, therefore the motive of Napkin is "extended" below with colour
Palm tree, leaves and Sand simply cut out from another Napkin and stick on. Wipe over the napkin motif with grey-brown Handicraft paint and thus conceal the "patched" areas.
Finally, the sides of the wall thermometer are shown in Orange painted.
