Here's how it works
Spray tight curlicues around Polystyrene balls with Deco Snow Paste and let the mixture dry overnight. Then dab on old white decoupaint Patina with the sponge brush until the paint completely covers the black squiggles. Allow this layer of paint to dry and then file it off the squiggles with a sand-leaf file.
Tear the motifs just out of the Napkin and remove the two layers of white paper. Glue the printed layer on the free areas between the 3-D squiggles using Napkin varnish . After drying, fix the Organza ribbon with tape-Ribbon around the balls. Finally, turn the polystyrene suspensions into the balls and thread Organza ribbon through them. With the help of a needle you thread the Ribbon through the bead cap, knot it and tie a small loop.
