Treat yourself to a "fresh breeze" in the bathroom: The solidly processed treasure chests made of plywood are ideal as maritime storage boxes, for example for toiletries or for personal jewellery.

The pretty wooden boxes can be made in a short time with Napkin and stenciling technique.
Primer
Both wooden chests are equipped with VBS Hobby Color primed in ivory colour. Wipe into the still damp paint with a painting sponge Handicraft paint in Grey Brown . This creates the pretty shabby look of the treasure chests.
Napkin technique
The Napkin "Glück Ahoy" provides the perfect lettering. The motif is cut out of the Napkin and freed from the lower paper layers. With Napkin varnish and a brush, the uppermost printed layer is glued to the treasure chest, and the torn edges conceal the transition, which is then covered with Handicraft paint is adapted to the primer.
Colour design with Painting stencils
