First, use
the magnetic punch to cut out the 'shamrocks' that will serve as the confetti. Then start cutting the folding leaves. Then use handicraft glue to attach them around and inside the matchboxes.
Cut delicate strips for the decoration pendants, stamp them with lovely messages and place them around the tea lights.
The
gift tags can also be decorated with stamps. If you wish, you can decorate them with the punched shamrocks.
Arrange the candles in the matchboxes and sprinkle them generously with "shamrock confetti". Finally, wrap the matchbox with ribbon and tie the gift tag to it.
