Our beautiful glass lanterns have been designed with the again highly topical -knotting techniqueMacramé. These glasses make an optical impression and beautify your home, your terrace or the garden. Equipped with a tealight, a beautiful light shines through them and create a great atmosphere in your surroundings.
That's how it's woven:
Cut a piece about 30 cm long Cord closed. This is the carrier thread and is laid lengthwise on the table.
Now cut 10 x approx. 60 cm long Cords and fold them in the middle. These are the knotting threads, which are now looped at regular intervals as double threads on the carrier thread. Please download the knotting instructions and follow them later
Tie the carrier thread around the upper edge of the glass and fasten it with some Handicraft glue.
Now tie according to the knotting instructions and embellish your glass
When you have reached the bottom end of the glass, bundle the remaining threads and tie them together with another piece.
