This is how you create this beautiful maritime decoration:
First, prime the anchor in your desired craft colour. In our example, we chose the colour mint. The edges are created with the Easy Rust colours. First dab on the darker colour and then add accents with the rust red colour. Colour three brackets in the same way.
Drape a piece of the netting on the anchor and attach with craft glue.
Download the pattern. Cut the head and the body of the fish once each, and once mirror-inverted. Sew the head and fin pieces right sides together. Then place the two fish pieces right sides together and sew the fish together with a straight stitch all the way around except for a turnaround opening. Sew in a piece of the cord at the head of the fish. This will later serve as a hanger.
Stuff the fish with cotton wool and then close the turning opening by hand.
The fish can now be hung from the net with the clips.
