The two Stretched Canvas with the noble leaf look are a great proof that anyone can createa beautiful mural by themselves with only with little effort .
Here's how it's done
For the primer Acrylic paint was mixed in pastel blue with some pastel green.
After the first layer of paint has dried, the Stencil "leaves" are sprayed with adhesive spray and positioned on the Stretched Canvas . For the Stenciling of the leaves with Metallic-Acrylic paint in "Copper" a dry sponge is used. It should be only little paint with the sponge be picked up. On the stencil motive now carefully the Acrylic paint is stuck. As soon as the complete leaf structure is coloured, the Stencil can be removed.
Each Stretched Canvas gets its special effect by shading the edges and parts of the image with the sponge. Even a single scattered flower painted with copper paint and provided with a half pearl gives the finished Stretched Canvas an even better look. According to personal taste, further leaves can be stencilled and flowers can be glued on.
Extra-crafting tip
Clean the Stencil immediately after use under running water with washing-up liquid. This way it is immediately ready for the next project.
