The Knife Blade cuts through denser and thicker materials with its ease and precision. Excellent for creative works with extra dimensions such as puzzles, wood decorations, models, leather goods and much more.

Suitable for the following materials:

• Balsa wood up to 2.4 mm

• Lime wood up to 1.6 mm

• Tooling leather up to 200 g/m²

• Garment leather up to 140 g/m²

• Cricut Chipboard 2 mm

• 2- or 4-ply passe-partout

• Foam rubber up to 3 mm

To avoid track marks on thicker materials, move the star wheels on the roller bar of your Cricut Maker. The drive housing for this blade has a plastic cover over the gear at the top of the housing, this prevents hair or other material from getting into the gears during cutting.

Illustrated instructions for changing the blade are included.

Tip: Due to longer cut times requiring Bluetooth connectivity, Knife Blade projects are not compatible with iOS and Android devices.

Disable sleep mode on your computer to ensure a successful cut before you start editing. If the Bluetooth connection is lost (which happens when the computer goes to sleep or when you are out of range), there is a risk that you will have to start over.
