Because especially Stenciling on curved surfaces, it is important to have flexible stencils that fit well. In this way you prevent that no paint can run under the stencil.
Here's how it's done:
Prime the outside surfaces of the cabinet and utensil box with a colour mixture of white with Aubergine and little Coffee Brown. For the darker areas (inside and, in the case of the cabinet, also the top and bottom) use Aubergine. Let the paints dry thoroughly. Spray them with Stencil "Non-Permanent 404" spray adhesive and place them on the desired surface (see also tip)
For the tendrils you darken the original colour mixture with in Aubergine for the roses and blossom motifs is used in Aubergine is used. Now dab on the paint with a stencil brush. Stencil Remove, clean and let the paint dry. Then design the remaining areas in the same way until all areas have the desired look.
Extra tip:
If you want to use different colours for the different designs, tape the other areas with crepe. This makes it very easy to stick out the individual motifs.
