First paint the wooden frame. In our example, we painted the frame with grey craft paint and the back wall in Stardust midnight blue. Allow to dry.
Shorten the row of houses so that they fit into the frame. Fold the paper like an accordion. Glue the transparent paper to the back. Stick the finished row of houses into the frame with craft glue and drape a string of lights behind it.
Paint snowflakes with Stardust ice blue. When dry, glue some snowflakes directly to and into the frame with craft glue, hang others on a perlon string. To do this, knot a piece of perlon thread to a snowflake, twist a hook into the top of the frame and hang the snowflake there.
